Paralympic Gold Medallist Andy Lewis opened the newly refurbished Chepstow Branch of The Monmouthshire Building Society on Saturday 25th February.

European, World & Paralympic Champion Andy Lewis MBE cut the ribbon and met members of the local community for the official opening party. Andy, who lives nearby in Lydney, has not only achieved European and World Athlete status in the short time that he has competed as a Paratriathlete, but can now proudly add Paralympic Gold Medallist to his ever-expanding record of achievement.

James Bawa, Chief Executive of Monmouthshire Building Society said: “I’m thrilled that we have such an inspiring person as Andy to help us cut the ribbon at the official opening party. Like many people locally, I’m in awe of his achievements in the face of adversity.”
